Special Announcement for YOUTH LEADERS

Tuesday, JULY 6, 2010

EXPO Center, Louisville, KY.

In an effort to help youth leaders to minister more effectively in the local church the LIFE 2010 Executive Team is sponsoring a FREE special training event from 2:00 – 3:00pm featuring Francis Chan plus other leaders in youth and church ministries will be putting on two additional seminars that run simultaneously from 3:15 to 4:15. Only one youth leader from each group will be able to attend this seminar. A wrist band will be in your registration packet and must be shown at the door for you to enter. If you desire you may share the wrist band with other leaders in your group but only one person at a time can attend this special event.

The activity hall will be open for your leaders and students to use during the time of this special event.

We realize that the Galt House located in downtown Louisville is a 12 minute bus ride for your group so we areannouncing a special incentive to book rooms in this outstanding hotel.

SPECIAL INCENTIVE ONE: Life Impact Ministries and the Short Term Missions Office are giving away five AY Missions trips to one of the groups booking and staying at the Galt House. We will cover the air fare and registration fee (does not include passport fees, entry/exit taxes and personal expenses while in country) for 5 people from one group.

Each leader’s name will be entered into a drawing and the winning group will be announced on Saturday evening at LIFE 2010.

The trips will have to be used during the next three years, July 2009 – July 2013.

SPECIAL INCENTIVE TWO: ALL registered groups using rooms in the LIFE 2010 room block will be entered into a special drawing to receive a laptop and data projector for their youth group! The winner will be announced at the closing service on Saturday evening!
